Montreal went into full holiday decoration mode this past weekend (PHOTOS)

Mother Nature started Montreal’s first day of December with a cold one but that didn’t stop the city from showing off a gorgeous array of holiday colours throughout the town.

The first day of advent means it’s officially time to start decorating for the holidays and popular spots like the Atwater Market, Old Montreal, the Notre-Dame Basilica, Place Versailles, Alexis-Nihon, and Place Montreal Trust decking themselves out for the festive season.
