This 11-day food festival village opens on July 17 as part of Just For Laughs

The Quartier des Spectacles is about to welcome the Inception of events: a festival within a festival.
Described as a ‘gourmet open-air village on the Esplanade,” Bouffons MTL will run concurrently with the world-renowned Just For Laughs comedy festival.
While JFL will aim to keep you laughing throughout July, Bouffons will try to keep the city’s stomachs happy and full.

The foodie village will host over 50 food trucks and vendors offering a variety of local eats, including vegetarian and vegan options, to Montrealers and tourists.

The Maisonneuve bike lane will be closed off for the fest so if you need to work off some of this grub, you’ll be reduced to travelling by foot.
Hopefully, the 35th edition of JFL gets you laughing enough to give you a little ab work out as well.
Admission to the Bouffons MTL site is free but menu items vary according to selection. The food village will be open for 11 straight days, starting this Wednesday.
