A 3-day taco festival is coming to the Old Montreal on August 31

Taco ’bout a good way to end the summer.
Starting in August, the Old Port’s Jacques Cartier Pier will welcome over 10,000 taco lovers for a three-day fiesta of Mexican food and culture in what is appropriately titled, Taco Fest.
The long weekend celebration will feature over 75 varieties of tacos, churros, Mexican street corn, and enchiladas from the city’s top chefs and restaurants.

As if that’s not enough, live music and local DJs will keep the waterfront party booming until 11 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
Admission tickets are available now and range from $7.95 to $12.95 based on times. Once inside the site, food and drinks will vary in prices, starting at $3.50.
