It’s a busy Tuesday in Montreal today, November 19, highlighted by Céline Dion’s second show in as many days.

Céline Dion – Bell Centre

Céline Dion postponed four shows from September to November so your patience has paid off and her heart will go on.

The Quebecois singer released her new album, “Courage,” on November 15 and her new tour of the same name is the superstar’s first in ten years.

She heads back to the stage tonight for the second of four November shows.

Video game lovers, assemble! The MEGA Montreal video game convention returned over the weekend for its third edition and it sums up today.

Gamers and viewers are welcomed to discover the skills and talents of local and international video game players and developers.

The venue features eSports tournaments, free gaming stations, a cosplay costume contest, board games, virtual reality showcases, master classes, and video game developer workshops.

The Irishman – Cinema Moderne

Martin Scorsese’s new film, The Irishman, assembles an all-star cast that includes Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Al Pacino and therefore shouldn’t be watched on the small screen.

The film will be screened at Cinéma Moderne for a few days (including various runs) and follows an epic saga of organized crime in postwar America told through the eyes of World War II veteran Frank Sheeran (De Niro).

The Guardian is calling it “one of Scorsese’s best films ever” which is some high praise.

Danny Brown – Corona Theatre

Detroit-based rapper Danny Brown will be performing at the gorgeous Corona Theatre tonight.

Brown announced a sizeable North American tour this past fall before the release of his upcoming album “uknowhatimsayin¿”

Joining the tour are special guests Ashnikko and ZelooperZ.

Honey Martin Trivia
