La Poutine Week Montreal

Hopefully that 2020 diet is working out because the world’s largest poutine festival is going on around Montreal.

The eighth edition of La Poutine Week is back as a variety of Montreal restaurants will create their own signature poutine-dish, vying to become the city-wide champion, voted by restaurant patrons.

Scotiabank Cheapie Tuesday Movie Night

Scotiabank is offering $7 general admission tickets at their downtown location today.

It’s a great time for movies under $10. Especially in the cold. Check out Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, 1917, Bad Boys for Life, The Gentlemen, Underwater, Knives Out, Jumanji: The Next Level, and so much more.

Imagine Van Gogh

Montreal has been coated with an exhibition of the works of Vincent Van Gogh, the Dutch post-impressionist painter who is among the most famous figures in the history of the art world.

The exhibition, Imagine Van Gogh, which opened last month, takes guests through the world of colours and emotions of Van Gogh’s works through gigantic murals and an immersive soundtrack.

Honey Martin Trivia

Honey Martin is a cozy Irish Pub in NDG that hosts a phenomenal trivia night every Tuesday. There are six rounds of ten questions, and a winner is rewarded each round with either a round of drinks or a round of shots. A round for a round – solid deal.

The questions are all general knowledge, and the host gets the crowd going. Buy him a shot and you just might get that European geography question right after all.
