5 things to do in Montreal today: Monday, October 29

Oct 27 2018, 3:35 am

Monday has once again reared its ugly head. Thankfully, it’s for the last time (in October, at least).

With that said, we’ve put together an eventful list of happenings around Montreal today, October 29 to distract you from the fact that the week’s just starting off.

Malefycia’s Zone 4

Returning during the Halloween season for its 4th edition, Malefycia is a fuse between the traditional haunted house and interactive theatre.

The event uses custom-built scenarios with professional actors, props and settings to bring their guests’ worst nightmares into reality. Each immersive trip lasts for an hour and it looks seriously frightening.

This year’s theme is called Zone 4 and it focuses on military experiments gone wrong and the event’s antagonist, as per the Malefycia website, is “the most dangerous of all demons: the man.”

Malefycia offers thematic clothes (brown pants perhaps?) so as not to dirty your own.

Petch Orchards
