NDG Arts Week 

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of NDG Arts Week, the week-long festival kicks off tonight.

Throughout the week, the art scene in NDG will be emphasized through a series of events, including a scavenger hunt, poetry nights, comedy shows, an opera show, beer gardens, street art, a parade and much more.

oTENTik Urban Tents

For all those campers hoping to take a metro to the site, your time has come.

The popular chalet-type tents that are found the woods in Northern Quebec have made their way to Montreal, right smack in the middle of the city, in fact.

oTENTik has set up seven urban tents along the banks of the historic Lachine Canal giving Montrealers and tourists the opportunity to camp out in the city.

Aquazilla

Parc Jean Drapeau is bringing Montrealers another challenge this month: staying afloat.

Aquazilla, the floating obstacle course on water, is returning to the man-made island again this summer.

The 30-by-35 metre inflatable structure is combined with obstacles, slides, and platforms. Your job is to complete the course without falling into the Jean-Doré beach.

Amaze Escape Room

You escaped the July’s heat, now try to get out of an escape room.

Try your luck at escaping from a prison, military facility, lost temple, or laboratory. Make a reservation, choose your adventure and then you have anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get out of any respective room. Each mission is reserved solely for your group and you’re given a walkie-talkie in case you need hints/get scared.

McKibbin’s Pub Stumpers

Test your trivia knowledge at McKibbin’s Irish Pub. The pub’s trivia has five rounds: general knowledge multiple-choice, short answer, a picture round, and a music round. The winner of each round receives free drinks or a round of shots. A round for a round – good trade.
