Major League Baseball returned to Montreal last night (we can get used to saying that).
The Toronto Blue Jays hosted the Milwaukee Brewers at the Olympic Stadium for the first of two exhibition games in preparation for the upcoming 2019 MLB season.
The Jays, without hometown hero and über prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr., lost 10-5 and failed to hit any big flies but it was the atmosphere at the Big O that keeps bringing baseball back every spring, even in exhibition form.
This is the sixth consecutive year of Spring Training baseball in La Belle Province.

Through the Blue Jays organization, Montrealers rally at every chance they get to show their support for bringing professional baseball back to the city. According to the Montreal Baseball Project, last night’s attendance was 24,482.
Until we can root, root, root for our own team, here are 16 pictures and videos from last night’s big game at the Big O.
