Now that summer’s in full swing you’re probably feeling like all you want to do is be outside. After all, Montreal only sees a few months of sun each year. If you’re sick of air conditioning and looking for a way to exercise outdoors that doesn’t involve long, tiring runs, then outdoor yoga may be perfect for you. Several yoga studios in Montreal offer outdoor classes in the summer so you can get toned and flexible whilst hanging out in your favourite park.

Here is a list of yoga studios offering outdoor classes this summer that will keep you fit and full of vitamin D:

Santropol Roulant

What’s better than a rooftop bar? A rooftop yoga studio! Santropol Roulant is hosting rooftop yoga classes all summer, from May 18th until August 4th. Every Saturday there will be two classes, the first from 10 am to 11:30 am aimed at beginners, and the second from 12 pm to 1:30pm for all the intermediate yogis. The courses are run by Montreal-based yoga instructors, Jennifer Krubidos and Justine Romanoff.
