Montrealers can get a chance to personally welcome the world’s newest US Open champion as Bianca Andreescu will be at IGA Stadium today for photos and autograph signings.
Today’s trip to La belle province continues a busy month for the 19-year-old who’s recentlyĀ had a street named after her, receivedĀ the keyĀ to her hometown of Mississauga, had a day named after her, and had a celebratory rally thrown in her honour that Liberal leader Justin Trudeau attended.

Andreescu will be at an ‘open practice session,’ according to Tennis Canada, from 3 pm to 5 pm at theĀ main tennis court of the Canadian Open tournament.
