Aziz Ansari has just announced new dates for his ‘Road to Nowhere‘ tour and Montreal cracked the list.
If you’re a comedian and you’re adding dates to your summer tour, you kind of have to choose Montreal.
The American actor, writer, producer, director, and stand-up will be on stage performing on June 20 at the timeless Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier at Place des Arts.

With three Netflix comedy specials and his own Netflix show under his belt, Ansari is one of the most sought after comedians in the industry and he’ll be using Montreal as his tour’s last Canadian landing spot.

“Ansari got his start in the beloved television series, NBCâs Parks and Recreation. In 2015, he became one of the only headlining comedians to ever sell out New York Cityâs Madison Square Garden which was released on Netflix in March 2015 to rave reviews,” reads the Just for Laughs website.
Though the rest of the tour’s tickets go on sale on Thursday, April 25, Montreal’s tickets are available today because, Montreal.
Take note that no cellphones, cameras or recording devices will be allowed at Aziz Ansariâs Montreal show.
