It looks normal and pleasant on the outside, but this mansion for sale in Australia is not meant for those who spook easily.

The mansionĀ — known as the Woodforde House — was built in the 1800s and is located near Adelaide, in the southern part of the country.

With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a three-garage, it seems like the perfect place to raise a family but the listing’s realtor, Anthony Toop, warns that “if you are a scaredy cat, don’t come.”

The first 10 photos of the home’s dining room, pool, and balcony look normal on the listing’s website. Things take a terrifying turn on photo 11, however, which shows a room filled with life-size ghoulish figures and giant bats.

And it keeps getting weirder.

The next few pictures show more rooms with giant ghoulish figures that make this home seem like its the mansion straight out of Haunting of the Hill House.

While the remainder of the rooms aren’t Halloween-themed, they do give off an eerie, unsettling vibe that Toop describes as “not for the faint-hearted.”

“This has been in the same family since 1977,” he writes. “The family of six best describe the fun and good times as Mrs. Bates in the Hitchcock movie. The house on the hill.”

Those interested in the house of horrors can view it in person during select days in Septemeber. The home will be auctioned off on September 25.

Toop has one final tip for those interested to see the home: “leave the kids at home or keep them supervised.”
