Calgary’s about to get a brand new cannabis store, and it is a stunner.
The Bridgeland Cannabis Store is set to host its grand opening on Thursday, February 20, but a few photos were sent out to media prior to the celebration showing just how much care went into the store’s aesthetic.
With healthy greens, soft tans, and some wall art that will have you looking at your own living room in shame, the Bridgeland Cannabis Store is proof that the cannabis business has come a long way from the dingy basements and back alleys prior to legalization.

“Our store is an urban cannabis sanctuary created by passion-driven social entrepreneurs who love cannabis and love people,” said Bridgeland Cannabis Store owner, Mina Tabei, in a release.
“Our mission is to grow with the industry and be an integral and responsible member of our community.”

The store features products from many local companies, including “The Dewbie” by local ceramicist The Devil’s Lettuce, which can rehydrate overly dried cannabis — a problem that can easily arise in Calgary’s dry climate.
Shoppers also receive 5% off their purchase if they bring in empty containers from previous purchases for recycling.
Here’s a look at one of Calgary’s newest cannabis stores — though as the store is currently open, you can always go check it out for yourself!
