You can do yoga with adoptable puppies this month in Edmonton

The holidays can be stressful, but what better way to unwind than cuddling up and stretching with some adoptable puppies at puppy yoga this month?

On December 22, 2019,  Zoe’s Animal Rescue, a volunteer-run, shelterless rescue in Edmonton, will be hosting a puppy yoga session to support their pets

While you stretch, relax, and work on your downward dog, there will also be puppies right alongside you trying to work on theirs, too.

The class will be lead by a certified yoga instructor at Buddha Belly Yoga and Wellness Inc, and is open to yogis of all experience levels.

After the class is over you can fill out an application to see if you are a good fit to adopt some of the adorable animals

Even if you don’t have room in your home to take a pup in, you can still make room in your heart by sharing some love and yoga cuddles during the session.
