Police investigating "suspicious death" outside apartment complex
Edmonton Police Service are investigating a “suspicious death” that occurred in the neighbourhood of Oliver on Tuesday morning.
According to a release, just after 10 am on Tuesday December 3, 2019, officers responded to a 911 call about a family dispute at a home near 103 Avenue and 115 Street.
Upon arrival, police and paramedics discovered a 45-year-old male lying on the ground outside of an apartment complex in “medical distress.”
The man was treated and transported to hospital by paramedics, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police say an autopsy is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019.
The identity of the victim has also not yet been released by police, and they say no further details are being released at this time.
