One of Edmonton's best ice cream parlours just opened a brand new location

A popular Edmonton ice cream spot has just opened its second location, taking its delicious treats down into the south side.
White Rabbit Ice Cream is a small-batch ice cream parlour based in Edmonton that started with a simple goal in mind: to honour its curiosity and share its love for gourmet, small-batch ice cream with the community.
Its first location is nestled behind Grant MacEwan University, open daily for the convenience of a sweet treat.
The shop has committed to some forever-flavours which stick around its menu year-round, like the classic vanilla or chocolate, their high-quality London Fog flavour, and the popular Ube Honeycomb, to name a few.
In addition to their classics, it has a rotating menu of exciting new flavour combinations, like the downtown location’s Vegan Bumbleberry Crisp.

White Rabbit Ice Cream’s new location expands its reach to the south side of the city, having just opened its doors this July.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, the new location features the same fantastic flavours everyone knows and loves. The regular menu from the original location will still be available at this new South Side spot, but the rotating menu may vary.
Currently, both locations serve the Pandan Coconut and White Rabbit Milk Tea seasonal flavours, but only this new location serves the limited-time Lemon and Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough flavours.
Between 3 and 10 p.m., this location is ready to serve its delicious sweet treats to everyone in the south side community.
