Uniqlo is continuing its Canadian expansion, with a third Edmonton location set to open this fall.
The Japanese retailer known for its minimalist, high-quality basics has announced four new Canadian stores later this year, including one at South Edmonton Common.
The other Canadian openings are planned for Calgary, Quebec City, and Victoria, part of a broader growth push that will bring Uniqlo’s total Canadian store count to 37.
The new Edmonton location joins two existing stores in the city: the first opened at West Edmonton Mall in 2019, and the second at Southgate Centre in 2023.

All new stores will carry the full range of Uniqlo’s LifeWear line — versatile, minimalist pieces for men, women, kids, and babies, as well as seasonal collections and graphic tees from its UT line.
Since launching in Hiroshima in 1984, Uniqlo has grown into a global brand with more than 2,500 stores worldwide.
