A new ultra-luxury condo tower just broke ground in Edmonton

Ground has broken on an ultra-luxury condo development with sweeping views of Edmonton’s river valley.
Construction is underway on The Clifton, an 18-unit condo project being developed by Autography near the city’s Old Glenora neighbourhood.
The development will include residences ranging from 1,730 to 4,500 square feet, with prices ranging from about $2.73 million to $9.46 million. Located at 10143 Clifton Pl., the site overlooks the North Saskatchewan River valley between Old Glenora and High Street.

If it sounds familiar to you, we’ve featured some of the condo listings before that offer upscale amenities, a street-facing facade, a discreet entrance, and a private concierge service.
Other features will include a resident lounge and entertaining spaces, a caterer’s servery for hosting and special occasions, a boutique fitness room, a private guest suite, a secure bike room and resident parcel management.
According to Autograph, the project is about 75 per cent sold.
“We wanted to create the kind of residence that reflects how people want to live today, a home that balances comfort, convenience, and sophistication,” Autograph president Henry Edgar said in a statement.
