An Edmonton cafe is making its return after disappearing for 15 years

After 15 years, Tesoro Caffe Bar is returning to Edmonton at a whole new location within the city.

Described as “a modern Caffe Bar inspired by Italian hospitality and European cafe culture,” the new cafe plans to open its new Edmonton location very soon, according to its socials.

For those who might recognize the name, the team commented on Instagram, explaining that, yes, this is the same Tesoro Caffe Bar that was located in Oliver from 2006 to 2011.

However, this time, the team is taking the cafe over into downtown Edmonton instead of its original spot in Oliver. With the growing number of closures in downtown Edmonton, it’s exciting to see a new face on the block.

The exact location and opening date have not been officially released yet, but the team posted on Instagram, teasing followers that “it’s closer than you think…”
