A new limited-time food series is taking over Edmonton's Station Park

Station Park just introduced a new food series in Edmonton named Stationed, and it’s going to deliver some peak dishes to the Old Strathcona area.

Previously, Station Park was occupied by Epic Market, which closed abruptly at the beginning of this year. It was said to be closed due to foot traffic and parking issues surrounding the area. Now, this June, there will be a whole new food hall taking over the space.

Stationed will be a rotating residency at Station Park Food Hall, with the lineup changing every series. There will be one theme at a time for a limited run, then it will swiftly move on to the next.

The first round is Japanese, and there are five Edmonton restaurants participating, all of which are great names within the city with flavourful menus.

Dorinku, Japonais, Menya Mori, Hello Mochi, and Pablo Cheese Tart are the first five to be part of this new series, all representing the Japanese theme. This means Tokyo street food, ramen, mochi, cheese tarts, and a great lineup of delectable dishes under one roof for a limited run.

You have to wait just a bit longer before you can enjoy all these dishes at once.

The food hall opens on June 11, with hours being 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. On the first day, however, doors will open at 6 p.m according to its Instagram.

“Catch it while it’s here,” says the team on Instagram. “What comes next is already in the works.”
