A new retail development is on the way west of Edmonton

A new retail complex is on the way for the northeast corner of Spruce Grove, bringing more commercial space to the growing city west of Edmonton.
Construction is underway at Century Square, a new commercial development at 14 Westwind Drive. Footing and foundation work is complete, with the project expected to wrap up in May 2027.
LocatedĀ near Highway 16 at Century Road, the development will feature eight commercial bays, with leasing options ranging from 1,250 to 9,000 square feet.
