Sammies by Sodo: New sandwich shop just launched in Edmonton
Sammies by Sodo, a brand new sandwich concept from the team behind the popular Sodo Bar, just launched in Edmonton.
Sodo Bar on Jasper Avenue is known for handcrafted cocktails and innovative food, and now the team will also be known for serving up delicious handcrafted sandwiches.
Available for pick up and delivery, the menu at Sammies by Sodo has eight unique sandwiches, salads, sides, drinks, and more.

A couple of mixed greens salads and sides, like kettle chips, are great options, but the sandwiches here are the real star.
All of them are handcrafted to order with fresh ingredients.

If you’re looking for Italian-deli style on the spicy side, go with the Papi. That one comes topped with mortadella, hot capicola, chorizo, manchego, lettuce, tomato, pickles, a dijon-mayo, and a veg sauce.
There’s something for everyone here.
The Sammy Baby is Asian-inspired with gochujang, cucumber, spring mix, cilantro, red onions, and mushrooms. Then there’s also the Mexican-inspired Carlo sandwich topped with refried beans, tomato, lettuce, tortilla, cilantro, chipotle, and a plant-based chicken.
There will also always be a featured sandwich ready to order. The kitchen team will serve up 100 of them, and after that, on to the next feature.
These sammies are perfect for a downtown lunch on the go.
