What: This physically demanding job requires at least a Class 5, 3 or 1 driver’s licence. The candidate will be working away from the team’s home base of Lloydminster and needs to be part of a team atmosphere with changing shifts. Pre-access drug and alcohol tests will be required and safety tickets are an asset; however, the team is prepared to educate. The company is a fifth-generation family water well drilling business, that also caters to the oilfield. This is a full-time permanent position that works outdoors year-round.

Sasquatch Safety — H2S safety supervisor/Spark Watch gas monitoring attendant
What: This position entails supporting oilfield construction by monitoring flammable gases and substances. Some duties of this position may include but are not limited to driving a pickup truck to and from sites, working in all weather conditions, conducting hazard assessments, consistently assessing hazards throughout your shift, operation of gas monitors including bump testing, and the use of programs such as excel.

Salary: $350 to $400 per day
Edge Drilling — driller
What: Drillers are the front-line supervisors at the rig site. They are responsible for ensuring proper training, safe work practices, and safe operations of the drilling rig are being adhered to. Drillers operate and monitor the essential systems of the drilling rig, including hoisting, well control, and power systems found on the drilling rig. Safety is the first priority for all drilling rig personnel. Work is located in the Fort McMurray area with camp provided.

A.M. Hauling — crude oil hauler
What: A.M. Hauling is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Crude Oil Hauler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting crude oil from production sites to designated facilities while adhering to all safety regulations and operational guidelines.

Farm Boys Oilfield Services Inc. — rig managers, derrickhands, floorhands, and swampers
What: Farm Boys Oilfield Services Inc. is seeking to fill positions for rig managers, derrickhands, and floorhands at its Grande Prairie office for its Rod and Swab divisons. Candidates must have a valid driver’s licence and be living in the area. Ideally, we are looking for hands with service rig experience, but experience is not necessary.
