Saito came to the Canadian culinary scene as a two-time, two-starred Michelin chef, having received two stars in both Toronto and New York. He curated another restaurant in Edmonton, MSSM, which is known for its traditional Edomae-style omakase experience. He will also be behind Yori, a new experience coming to downtown Edmonton.

This spot will bring along dishes like Japanese hambagu, Masaki Saito’s udon, and izakaya-style fare. Although the exact menu or dishes haven’t been released yet (aside from the popular udon), we can only expect excellence from this Michelin superstar and one of his new restaurants.
