Kane keeps rolling up to Edmonton Oilers games in ridiculously expensive vehicles

Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane is making his presence felt on and off the ice in this year’s Stanley Cup Playoffs.

There was serious concern over the impact Kane would have with the Oilers, as he was forced to miss the entire 2024-25 season due to abdominal surgery in September. Those concerns have gone entirely to the wayside, however, as the 33-year-old looks as good as ever with four goals and seven points through nine games.

What’s creating nearly just as much buzz as his play on the ice is his arrival at games. Kane, who is known for being a stylish individual, has shown up to outings, both on the road and at home, in extremely impressive vehicles. Prior to Game 3 versus the Vegas Golden Knights, which the Oilers lost by a 4-3 final, he was spotted rolling into Rogers Place in a Ferrari.

Sensing that a change was needed to help get the Oilers back into the win column, he rolled into Game 4 on Monday night in a Rolls-Royce that has been spotted before during this current run.

“I rolled up in a Ferrari for Game 3 and that didn’t work, so I said, ‘I want to go back to the Rolls,'” Kane joked with the TNT panel following the Oilers’ 3-0 victory.

Kane made several similar entrances in the first round versus the LA Kings, including ahead of Game 5, where he and Connor Brown showed up to Crypto.com Arena in a blue coloured Lamborghini Urus, a car that costs more than $300,000.

It’s not unusual to see hockey players have superstitions they stick with when things are going well. Connor McDavid’s lucky suit got plenty of attention during last year’s run, and he recently had one on display again during the Oilers’ six-game winning streak. That said, Kane has taken things to an entirely different level by doing so with luxury vehicles.

With the Oilers’ big win in Game 4, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Rolls-Royce on display from Kane again, though fans shouldn’t be shocked to see a number of new cars as this playoff run continues.
