
A Canadian lottery player is currently holding a life-changing winning ticket after the latest Lotto Max draw.
The most recent lottery draw took place on Tuesday, Aug. 25, and at the time, the Lotto Max winning numbers were 10, 15, 23, 25, 28, 31, and 52, with bonus number 43. Someone in Canada managed to match all of the seven winning numbers, instantly becoming $10 million richer. According to a release from OLG, the ticket was sold somewhere in St. Catharines, Ont.
There was also a second prize worth $134,578.10 up for grabs, but no one won this time. However, 20 people who matched six of the seven winning numbers will split the third prize, and each of them will take home $6,856.20.
There were 10 MaxPlus prizes to be won, each worth $100,000. Two lottery players scored a prize ā one winning ticket was purchased in North Bay, Ont. and the other in Winnipeg, Man.

No one won the $500,000 Lotto Max Extra prize in B.C., and similarly no one scored the $1-million Encore prize.
It hasn’t been long since someone last won the Lotto Max jackpot.
Someone scored the top prize on Friday, Aug. 21 after matching seven of the Lotto Max winning numbers 01, 04, 15, 18, 24, 25, and 51, with bonus 13. The winner will soon be taking home a $55-million jackpot after buying their ticket in Quebec.
