One very lucky Canadian just beat the odds in a recent lottery draw and will soon walk away with an impressive prize.

The Lotto 6/49 draw took place on Wednesday, May 28, and the Gold Ball prize was worth $20 million. Although no one will be taking home the top prize, someone in B.C. did match the White Ball prize-winning number 09775678-01 to win the White Ball prize worth $1 million. According to PlayNow, that ticket was sold in Parksville.

The Lotto 6/49 Classic Draw winning numbers were 06, 13, 28, 31, 34, 48, and bonus 42. No one matched the six numbers to win the $5-million prize; however, someone did match five of the six winning numbers and the bonus number. As a result, one lucky winner in Ontario will take home a second prize worth $206,706.20.

The third prize will be split among 79 people, each receiving $1,098.70 after matching five of the six winning numbers.
