YYC Hot Chocolate Fest 2018 to kick off with a sweet inaugural sip party
The 7th annual YYC Hot Chocolate Fest is kicking off on Sunday, January 28 at Southcentre Mall, and you’re definitely going to want to be there.
The party goes from 10 am to 2 pm and attendees can expect free hot chocolate and the chance to see festival participants debuting their specialty drinks during the inaugural sip shindig.

For this annual fest, participating cafes and restaurants craft signature hot chocolate drinks for the competition that runs throughout the month of February.
Titles like “Best Hot Chocolate” and “Calgary’s Best Spirited Hot Chocolate” will be up for grabs during this friends competition. Proceeds from each drink will benefit Calgary Meals on Wheels.
Votes can be submitted online once the festival officially starts. The list of vendors has not been released just yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
