You can fly from Calgary to Australia for $938 return
It’s time to head Down Under and escape winter in the northern hemisphere – cheap flights from Calgary to Australia are calling!
According to YYC Deals, airline Qantas has dropped the price of flights to Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne to just $938 roundtrip.
As well, you can even turn those trips into a 2-in-1 deal and stop off at Los Angeles or San Francisco on the way back – and keep the cost at $937.
And if you want to try making it a 3-in-1 trip, visiting multiple Australia cities and Los Angeles or San Francisco, that will cost you only $22 extra.
Your travel dates must be at some point between February and May 21, but other than that, there are no restrictions.
Here’s how to track those flights down:
- Go to FlightHub
- Search for a regular roundtrip flight in February, March, April, and May 2018 from Calgary to:
- Sydney (SYD)
- Brisbane (BNE)
- Melbourne (MEL)
- Try starting with Monday to Thursday dates. Once your search is done, click on “Flexible Dates” and look for the flights that are $937.
- Note that the fastest flights might not be at the top of the search results
If you want to turn that regular flight into a 2-in-1, change the search to Multi-City, and add in a stop at Los Angeles or San Francisco.
Use similar start and end dates to your original search, but experiment with the stop-off.
Then, if you want to try for the 3-in-1 flight, use the dates you found searching for the 2-in-1 trip and add in a stop-off at one of the other Australian cities included in this deal.
