The flurries seen in the northern parts of Calgary on Wednesday were enough to set off the alarm bells for many Calgarians.
While it caused some to begin rummaging through their house to track down those winter boots, others took to Twitter to
voice type out their frustrations towards the summer snow.

- Travel Advisory in effect across Alberta prior to snowfall and winter-like conditions
All in all, it wasn’t enough snow to even stick to the ground, but Calgarians know that this is just a hint of what’s to come later this winter (and fall, and rest of summer).
More flurries may be in the cards for later this week, so we’ll just have to cross our fingers and hope that the summer sun decides to make one last encore appearance.
