'Thriller' zombie flash mob infected Southcentre Mall last Saturday (PHOTOS, VIDEOS)

A zombie horde numbering in the hundreds limped, crawled, and danced their way around Southcentre Mall last weekend for the annual “Thriller” zombie flash mob.

Organized by Thrill Calgary, the group was taught the routine leading up to the official dance, and over 200 zombies came out to join the crowd.

While it came only a few zombies short of 2016’s record of 212, a full 204 participants took part in the gut-wrenching performance – and we mean that in a good way.
