Popular Mexican restaurant is returning to Calgary in a new location
One of Airdrie’s most popular restaurants is set to open a new Calgary location next month.
Tequila & Tacos, a restaurant known for its traditional Mexican fare, is officially making a comeback in Calgary, following the closure of its Crowfoot location this summer.
The popular spot will be opening its doors at its new East Hills location on Nov. 1, where, alongside tequila and tacos, Calgarians will be able to enjoy everything from burritos to quesadillas, and specialties such as carne asada and enchiladas.

The huge announcement comes just months after Tequila & Tacos shared that it would be closing its Crowfoot outpost, eight months after it opened.
As well as its Airdrie outpost and the soon-to-be-open East Hills location, the team also runs Birria Cantina & Grill, which opened on 11th Avenue SE earlier this year.
