Temperatures in Calgary will stay above 20°C (almost) all week long

We’re in for a treat this week, Calgary.

It appears that we’ve finally, eventually, and at-long-lastly escaped the biting cold and harsh snows of our Canadian winters, and are sailing forth to brighter skies and warmer waters… so to speak.

Environment Canada’s weekly weather forecast is (mostly) sunshine and temperatures breaking above 20°C, with the only holdouts being a slightly colder day on Wednesday — if you can even call 11°C “cold” — and a chance of rain on Sunday.

Monday also appears to be a little more on the mild side at 14°C and a sprinkling of clouds mixed in, but Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are all set to be scorchers, topping out at 23°C on Saturday.

At no point in the week is it expected to dip down to or below freezing, with the closest drops in temperature coming down to 2°C on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Calgarians can expect a bit of wind on Monday and Tuesday, but after that it’ll be nothing but calm, sunny skies.

Enjoy!
