Several Shoppers Drug Mart employees test positive for coronavirus in Calgary

Loblaw Companies International has confirmed that several employees working at three different Shoppers Drug Mart locations in Calgary have tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19.

On October 27, the company reported that an employee working at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 3800 Memorial Drive NE in Calgary, had tested positive on a presumptive test. The affected individual last worked on October 23.

The company also reported that an employee working at the 1919B Southland Drive SW Calgary location tested positive, their last shift was on October 18.

A third Shoppers Drug Mart employee working at the brand’s 600 Saddletowne Circle NE location in Calgary, also tested positive on a presumptive test for coronavirus. This individual last worked on October 24.
