An exciting new restaurant is set to open in Calgary, and it’s being brought to life by the team behind some of the city’s most beloved restaurants.

Saint Vincent, a new neighbourhood steakhouse, is gearing up to open in Marda Loop, with the spot slated to open this fall.

Its founders have a pretty stacked resume already, as the original owners of UNA Pizza + Wine, and closed but never forgotten spots including Bread and Circus Trattoria, Frenchie Wine Bar and Ox and Angela.

As for the menu, the dishes on offer will take inspiration from Spain, with an emphasis on highlighting local ingredients and sourcing from local farms, with everything designed to share.

The spot will also be open seven days a week, both for lunch and dinner service.

While Saint Vincent has yet to share an official opening date, it’s set to be an exciting new addition to the city.
