Much-loved Toronto burger restaurant to open new Calgary location this month

A popular Toronto burger spot is gearing up to open another Calgary location this month, and there’ll be freebies to celebrate.
Rosie’s Burgers, a neighbourhood joint known for its smash burgers, is making its way to Calgary’s Marda Loop where it will be opening at 2205 33rd Ave. SW.
Calgarians will want to mark their calendars, as from 12 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 10, Rosie’s Burgers will be dishing out 100 free burgers from its new Marda Loop home. To secure your freebie, you’ll want to be there early.

The popular spot offers eats such as smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, poutine, and onion rings.
For those looking for a sweet treat, it even serves up housemade banana pudding, chocolate chip cookies, and handspun milkshakes in a variety of flavours.
Founded by Daniel, Dustin, and Bryan Gelman in 2020 and named after their beloved grandmother, Rosie’s has opened outposts across Ontario and Halifax.
Rosie’s Burgers made its first venture out west late last year, with its first location on 8th Street SW and has since opened a second YYC outpost in Bridgeland.
