Popular Calgary Italian restaurant to close after 10 years

2026 hasn’t even arrived yet, but we already have confirmation of the closure of a popular Calgary restaurant.
PZA Parlour, a well-known and loved Italian restaurant on Macleod Trail, is set to close its doors in January, after 10 years.
While the team said it was a “difficult decision” to close the restaurant, rising costs were a large factor in the choice not to renew the lease at the 9737 Macleod Tr. SW outpost.

The restaurant will officially be closing its doors on Jan. 25, 2026, but from Jan. 5 onwards, diners will receive 25% off their bills at PZA as a final thank you.
Calgarians will still be able to visit PZA’s sister restaurants, Villa Firenze, New Camp, and TOTO Pizza, all of which will remain open.
After the closure of PZA on Jan. 25, outstanding gift cards from the restaurant will be honoured indefinitely at TOTO.
PZA is sure to be missed by many.
