The food and the interior design by Sarah Ward Interior of the space that once was Chef’s Table has undergone great unclenching by offering creatively fun menu items and adding ease to create a lounge ambience.

Stepping away from small plates and into playful dishes, Chef de Cuisine, Sean Cutler along with Executive Chef Jan Hanswen are spinning off traditional beef tartare by serving it on a crunchy hickory potato chip and dressing up a common club sandwich with confit chicken and roasted garlic aioli making irresistibly relaxed familiar favourites.
