1. Bacon Maple Gravy Chicken & Waffle Poutine at Spot On
For sweet and savoury lovers, this Chicken & Waffle Poutine will become your obsession. Boneless fried chicken bites, waffle chunks and a healthy handful of curds are stacked on top of Kennebec fries with each bite oozing with bacon gravy and sticky maple syrup.

2 – 7. Six sinful poutine options at The Guild
The Guild is offering six poutine options with half of them being outrageously sinful but classically complete with squeaky curds. Indulge in Smoked Duck Kimchi Poutine with maple gochujang sauce, creamy chicken gravy and crispy chicken skin or try the Maple Brisket with fermented chili mayo and the sweet maple-glazed brisket piled high. Another option is the Onion Bhaji made with onion chickpea fritters and fries dripping in coconut curry sauce topped with coconut sour cream and pickled onion—or try all three, we dare you.

8. Sweet Potato and Lamb Poutine at Wine Bar Kensington
The Sweet Potato and Lamb Poutine remix has the power to make you want to serenade your plate. Every forkful of this pile of roasted sweet potatoes dressed with cheese curds, creamy lamb gravy, pickled fennel and lamb rillette will make you feel like you’re eating your way through poutine paradise.

9. Samosa Poutine at Veg In YYC
This vegan and vegetarian friendly option is a creative spin on Indian flavour favourites. Garnished with tangy tamarind, the Samosa Poutine is made up of samosas with house-made Masala chickpeas and coconut based butter chicken “gravy.”

10. Le Meaty Mediterranean at Ship & Anchor Pub
The Ship’s Le Meaty Mediterranean Poutine steps out of the take out box by topping golden saffron fries with a 6oz grilled sirloin dressed in gravy with crumbled falafel, baba ganoush, sweet garlic sauce, feta, curds and juicy grilled pineapple garnished with fresh mint leaves.

11. West Coast Poutine Bridges on First
