Opera in the Village brings 8 days of entertainment to Calgary this August

Opera in the Village is back this year, with a new location.

2017’s event will take place at Enmax Park for 8 days of entertainment for the entire family.

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s South Pacific to Opera in the Village which has instantly recognizable tunes like Some Enchanted Evening, There is Nothing Like a Dame, Bali Hai and I’m gonna wash that man right outta my hair.

Also playing at this year’s Opera in the Village is the classic Cinderella which is adapted by Rob Herriot from operas by Rossini and Massenet. Tickets can be purchased online ranging from $35 to $125.
