An iconic Calgary restaurant has undergone a major rebrand

One of Calgary’s most beloved restaurants has undergone a significant rebrand, heralding in a new era that pays tribute to its Alberta roots.
NOtaBLE has been a staple in Calgary’s Montgomery neighbourhood for 15 years, known for its fine dining experience and dishes cooked over hardwood fire.
However, according to Chef Michael Noble, the decision to rebrand was driven by Calgary’s rapidly evolving dining scene.
“It felt like the right time to take things to the next level while staying true to our roots,” he added.

The spot, which has now officially been unveiled as NOtaBLE – The Steakhouse, offers a revamped menu designed to showcase its 100 per cent Alberta-raised beef. With Canada Prime cuts, Certified Angus Beef and dry-aged premium cuts, the meat is butchered in-house and grilled over charcoal fire.
The prime rib offering, previously limited to Fridays, has now been extended to diners to enjoy from Thursday through Saturday every week, served with gratin potatoes, mustard, and rosemary sauce.
Many of NOtaBLE’s fan-favourite dishes have remained on the menu, including its potato rolls, rotisserie chicken, Greek salad, grilled Caesar, and its Stilton cheesecake.
In addition to its shifted focus on beef, the reimagined menu now features new offerings, including fresh oysters, charcoal embered oysters, and cocktail shrimp.
It’s an exciting new era for one of Calgary’s beloved restaurants.
