New store opens in Calgary to showcase locally made goods

A new store has opened at Eau Claire Market, featuring products from all over the city.

Shop MADE opened the doors to a brick-and-mortar store in the downtown Calgary mall at the top of this month and aims to support local artisans — especially during these challenging times.

The store features a carefully curated list of products from makers throughout Calgary and across the country, all brought together in one place.

Shop MADE features everything from handmade bags to prints from local artists, and is open five days a week for anyone who might not be able to make it out to the weekly Calgary Night Market.

• Wednesday 11-6
• Thursday 11-6
• Friday 11-6
• Saturday 11-6
• Sunday 11-4

Shop MADE is the creation of the Calgary Night Market, so you’ll likely be able to meet and speak with many of the makers featured in the store if you head over to Eau Claire Market on Fridays at 5 pm.
