New laid-back snack bar "Eat Crow" set to open in Calgary June 8
There’s been a lot of hard-to-swallow restaurant closures in Calgary recently, so we are absolutely thrilled to be able to announce a new spot is opening today.
Brasserie’s owners Jacqueline Warrell and Cam Dobranski recently announced that they would be closing the doors after a decade of business but that they’d be back soon with a new concept, and they certainly weren’t kidding about the “soon” part.
Eat Crow has taken over Brasserie’s former space in Kensington, and it’s officially opening its doors on June 8 at 3:30 pm.

The new concept is described as a laid-back snack bar that will offer “classic snacks” (the majority of them veggie-friendly) made with quality ingredients at an approachable price point.
Think root-vegetable tartare, handmade perogies, and a butterscotch cream puff, to name a few.
In addition to this grub, Eat Crow will be serving up a curated beverage program offering cocktails and classic beer.
Eat Crow is, of course, preparing to open with post-COVID dining requirements, which include a casual and comfortable open seating arrangement.
Be sure to welcome this new concept to the neighbourhood when you can.
