New Filipino fusion brunch restaurant opens in Calgary
If there are three magic words we love here at Dished, it would be “new brunch restaurant.” Calgary is bursting at the seams with delicious spots for breakfast food, but another has just entered the mix.
Lasa by Cara, a new brunch spot, has just opened its doors in Inglewood, where it will be offering Filipino fusion comfort food.
Taking over the space previously occupied by JusBubble at 1117 9th Ave. SE, Lasa by Cara is serving up Filipino-inspired brunch and dinner favourites.

The comfortable, bright space offers plenty of seating, where diners can enjoy the restaurant’s take on brunch staples such as fried chicken and waffles, Eggs Benedict, classic breakfasts and more.
Lasa by Cara is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., so there’s plenty of time to get eating.
