Nenshi hits back at Twitter troll with hilarious response

It seems that, on extremely rare occasions, some people choose not to express their political opinions politely in a public forum, and will take those views to social media instead.

Who would have thought it?

Someone by the name of JMAN recently decided that Twitter would be the ideal place to voice his distaste for Mayor Naheed Nenshi, in a short and not-so-sweet rant at the incumbent Calgary mayor.

Cover your children’s ~~ears~~ eyes, as this is Twitter, after all.

“Nenshi if you f*cking win im leaving #worstmayor my city f*ck it’s not your city your the f*cking mayor I would be a better mayor,” wrote JMAN on Thursday evening.

The mayor was quick to clap back, responding to JMAN’s tweet with a frank and funny “Please enjoy your new hometown!” in proper Nenshi fashion.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to find out if JMAN truly would work out as a better leader of Calgary, as he doesn’t appear on the current list of mayoral candidates for the upcoming General Election.

We’ll just have to take his poorly written word on it for now.
