The Calgary Music Collectors Show is back in the city this Sunday, giving you the opportunity to pick up a few new albums for the collection.
Along with vinyl records, vendors at the event will also be selling CDs, music books, memorabilia, sheet music, apparel, and photographs.
- This Calgary brewery is offering yoga and beers next Thursday
- CORE hosting panda events to celebrate zoo's newest members
- The Bow River could get wave generators and urban beach
The event runs from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday, May 6, and it’ll only cost you an initial $5 to get in — though, if you want to get there for the first hour of the event (collector’s hour), it’ll be $10.
Anyone looking to make a quick buck by selling part of their own music collection is welcome to rent out a table at the show, with an eight-foot table going for $70 to rent for the day, and a four-foot table going for $40 — though you will need to contact organizers to reserve a spot.
Set up starts at 8:30 am, with doors opening at 10 am.
The event will be held at the Acadia Rec Complex, and there will be an ATM on the scene for anyone who forgets that it’s a cash-only event.
