Greek-style donut spot set to open its second Calgary location this month
A dessert spot offering Greek-style donuts is set to open its second Calgary location very soon.
After opening its first YYC location in the Legacy neighbourhood in late 2024, Mr. Puffs, a Montreal-based dessert chain, is gearing up to open in West Springs this month.
Founded in 2004 by Pandelis Siounis, Mr. Puffs specializes in loukoumades, or traditional Greek donuts. The puffs, which are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, are usually dipped or drizzled in honey before being sprinkled with cinnamon and sometimes chopped walnuts.

While donuts like the originals are available, Mr. Puffs also offers a twist on the classic with dozens of different toppings, such as chocolate hazelnut, caramel, maple cream, Oreo cheesecake, and more.
Whether you’re grabbing a dessert solo or with a group, Mr. Puffs offers boxes of 12 to 50 puffs to enjoy.
Along with its signature puffs, the spot also serves a wide range of flavoured iced coffee, rolled and dipped ice cream cones, and milkshakes to indulge in.
The official opening date has yet to be revealed, so stay tuned!
