Taylor Swift Eras Tour dancer Jan Ravnik spotted exploring Calgary
If you were out in downtown Calgary yesterday, you may have bumped into a professional dancer and choreographer who toured with Taylor Swift on her mammoth Eras Tour.
Jan Ravnik, who fans of Swift will know from her highest-grossing tour of all time (especially during her “Lavender Haze” performance), posted to his Instagram story yesterday, and if you live or have visited Calgary a few times, the two locations are instantly recognizable.
Ravnik, who also joined the cast of the American dance competition television series Dancing with the Stars earlier this year, shared a selfie with the iconic Calgary Tower behind his right shoulder. We love to see it.

With two fresh episodes of Taylor Swift: The End of an Era to view today, we are sure fans of Ravnik will see plenty of him, thanks to a great deal of footage of the tour and a look behind the scenes.
The downtown core and skyline are no strangers to being snapped by celebrities visiting or working in our city. Back in 2023, a The Last of Us star shared some behind-the-scenes images with the Calgary skyline behind them, while a Supernatural actor just shared a selfie taken while filming downtown earlier this week.
Furthermore, on the film front, there have been tons of movies and TV shows filmed in and around Calgary recently, like the Western drama The Abandons, and Die My Love, a film starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson.
