Inglewood transforms into a 'music mile' for 2018 Jazz Days

Apr 27 2018, 10:51 pm

Anyone walking around Inglewood this Sunday may just have an impromptu soundtrack built into their day.

As part of the 2018 International Jazz Days celebration, multiple bands will be playing concerts throughout the afternoon, and music fans will be able to hear each of them by simply taking a stroll down the Music Mile.

Yes, we understand that this is Canada, and we —thankfully — use the metric system, but we hope we all can agree that Music Kilometre just doesn’t sound quite as nice.

The first bands will kick off right at noon and play until 2 pm, while others will perform from 1 to 3 pm or 2 to 4 pm. The concerts will span multiple stages, though, as the name suggests, they will all be within close proximity to each other.
