Hedley’s frontman Jacob Hoggard has been arrested and charged with sexual assault, Toronto Police announced on Monday.
According to a release from the Toronto Police, Hoggard’s arrest stems from incidents dating back to 2016, in which Hoggard met three separate women on three separate dates and “committed a sexual assault on each of them.”
On Monday, police announced that as a result of a joint investigation with Peel Regional Police, the 34-year-old Vancouver resident is now facing one count of sexual interference, and two counts of assault causing bodily harm.
He is scheduled to appear in court, this Thursday at 2 pm.
In a statement, police said they are “”concerned there may be other victims.”

Earlier this year, several sexual assault allegations that were made online against the band. The band announced an indefinite hiatus as a result, and police confirmed to Daily Hive that an investigation was underway.
